Lush snow fairy wand!

As I have recently discovered I have a absolute obsession with the shop Lush. I have never really been that much of a fan but now Im completly obsessed with it and have bought so much, and I know alot of people don't buy from there because they are not really sure what everything does I have decided to do a blog post each time I use something (Although i'v already used alot of things but still have so much left to blog about). So last night I went for my Fairy wand as it smells the same as the amaing snow fairt shower gel so I basically had a Snow fairy bath!. If your not familliar with the Snow Fairy smell it smells very fruity but very sweet at the same time its amazing anyway ont the good bit.
I loveeee the look of this product with the massive pink star on the wooden stick and the little bell. Although if you get the pink strings in the water pink dye starts to come off.
When running your water using a sort of waving motion move the star backwards and forwards for the bubbles to appear.
I must admit the colour was so hard to photograph and it was much pinker than it looks in this picture and I took this before I got in the bath and it had soooo much more bubbles in after i had stopped taking photos.
This is what it looked like after I had used it and as you can see there is alot left which means I will get lots of baths with this which I am so happy about!. My bath smelt amazing and I could smell the scent of snow fairy on me all night. The only thing that I dont like is the price which is £4.95 I find it really expensive but I suppose it it actually worth the money because I think I will get around 5-6 baths out of this. The snow fairy wand is part of the christmas range so be quick if you want to try it!.

Have you tried anything from Lush?.

Front cover metallic nails.

Hi everyone! As you all know it is leading up to christmas now (yipeeeee!) and all the shops are bringing out the amazing christmas gifts for this year. I always love the gifts they have in Boots and especially when they are always 3 for 2 it makes your life so much easier when buying christmas presents. Anyway I always like the look of the Front Cover kits they bring out at christmas time and this year they have so many good ones to choose from!. I saw the one with metallic nail polishes in and I fell in love with the colours.
It has 7 colours in and 2 nail files, and was £14 for the set which is really good as it works out as £2 a nail polish and I must say the quality is really good aswell.

I love the packaging as it comes with some nail design ideas on one side of the box and also a few tips when painting your nails.
Colours from Top Gold glitter top coat, Moonrock, Sloe Berry, Palevioletred, Cupric, Beetroot and Cadet blue.
The colours are almost due tone in some lights and I can honeslty say their isn't anything in the shops that quite look like these nail polishes. In the picture above they have all been painted with two coats (even the glitter) and it makes it really opaque. I'v had 'Moonrock' (second left) on for nearly a week and it hardly has any chips at all!. I have also had alot of compliments on it two.

This nail polish set is available from Boots and is part of the 3 for 2 range. It would make a great gift for someone for christmas or even just a treat for yourself!.

Have you tried Front Cover?

Halloween 2011!

Hey everyone! Im so sorry I havent posted for sooooo long!, my blog has been so neglected latley and I just want to say sorry for been so lazy haha. Anyway I wanted to do a non related beauty post. I cant even remember the last time I had a good night out on the town, so when it was halloween I had the perfect excuse to go out. I was soo boring and did'nt end up getting dressed up. Te reason why though is because I have so many going out clothes that i'v never worn and I couldnt really afford to buy another outfit that I would never wear again. Anyway I though id upload a few piccis from the night. There isnt really that many good ones because I have realised how much I hate the way I look with braces on so I hate most of the pictures that were taken lol :(.

I have massive heels on in this pic which just shoes how small I am lol :(

Shorts: Topshop
Top: Primark
Lipstick: S colour
What did you do for halloween?

ELFs most expensive product yet?

Hi everyone! I wanted to blog about ELF's new product which is their cream blush. It comes in quite a few different colours which is always good because I hate it when a range of make up only has like three colours of different blushers, anyway back to the point I was atchually put off buying this because of the price, YES you heard correctly I was put off buting something from elf because of the price. It was atchually £6.50 which is even more expensive than the topshop blushers which are £6 and I absalutley love those so I really was in two minds about buying it. Anyway I did it and bought it and I ended up getting the colour seductress which is quite a bright pink red, but as usual the swatches on the website are nothing like the colours in real life. The packaging is the same as the gel eyeliner but about 10x bigger which I atchually didnt think it would be.

There is no doubt about it the blush is very pigmented and a lovley colour. I find that its quite blendable but I wouldnt call it cream its not a creamy texture its a little bit more powdery but over all it is a really nice blusher.
Have you tried ELFs new products?.

The perfect pink lip

For some reason at the moment Im really into Barbie pink lips, I know alot of people will think its tacky and a bit tarty to say the least lol!But after seeing Amelia Lilys perfect pink lips on x factor I really wanted to give it a go Instead of my signiture nude lip. So I decided to but Barry M in the shade 100 I absalutley love the colour it is the perfect barbie pink but this is one of those Barry M lipsticks that realllllllly drys your lips out and leaves you with a white line on your lips *sigh* but I have a tip of using the pink vaseline over the top to give it more moisture but still have the pink shade. I also got the Barry M lip liner called Baby Pink which is more or less the exact same colour as the lipstick. Aswell as just lining my lips with it I put a little on my lips to give it that extra colour.

The Lipstick is £4.49 and the Lipliner is £2.99.
What do you think of pink lips?

A Magnteizing look....

I am a sucker for anything different to do with nail polish, nail art anything I just love to have a different look on my nails. Although I love having the crackle nail polish on and I always get compliments wearing it I feel like its getting old now because everyone wheres it. So now finally we have a new polish which is a magnetic one. When I first heard of I though how the would that work but its atchually so easy. I got the one from the 17 range at boots (nails inc also do this polish at a much higher price) for £4.99 although it is usually £5.99. It comes with the magnet in the top of the nail polish lid unlike the ones The Saturdays have brought out with Fashionista where you have to buy the magnet completeley seperate. I bought the colour 'Gunmetal' which is just a dark grey/silver colour.

I honestly love this nail polis soooo much! It looks amazing it looks kind of 3d if that makes sense?!. The pictures do not do it justice at all because they just look so amazung in real life. Also if you hover the magnet in differenet directions it makes different patterens so you can make it look really unique. My only problem is you have to put the magnet quite close to your nail and if your not careful it smudges your nails. To create the best look you need to put a generous coat on and then hover the magnet over your nail for 10 seconds.
What do you think to magnetic nails?.
